Minimal Sample Prep

Sample Adjustment Calculator

After each count, input original cell sample volume. Sample adjustment calculator calculates:

Total number of cells in sample.
Input desired cell concentration and get adjustments directions (adding additional media or spin down for lower volume of media).
Input desired number of cells for assay and get volume to pipette and number of aliquots.
