Cellometer® Automatic Cell Counters - Counting Chambers

Cellometer® counting slide consists of two independent enclosed chambers with precisely controlled height. Cell suspension of 15 to 20 microlilter is entered into the chamber via pipette through one of the sample introduction ports. Cell counting occurs in the central location of the counting chamber. Precise and complete loading of the counting chamber is not necessary as long as the counting area is covered with cell suspension.

Each counting has two ports, one for loading cell sample, while the other allows the air to escape.
