Nexcelom’s fluorescent viability cell counters take our bright field imaging systems to the next level with fixed single or dual fluorescent optics modules. This allows researchers to use fluorescent stains to determine viability easily, without the need to perform RBC lysis. The Cellometer Auto 2000 provides an all-in-one touch-screen solution for PBMC counting while the Cellometer K2 is optimized for complex primary samples such as hepatocytes. The Cellometer X1 and X2 instruments have higher magnification for use with small cells such as yeast and platelets.
