Cellaca MX has been utilized to provide rapid counting of CHO cells and viability measurement in less than 5 min for 24 samples. The system shows high-precision, high-speed, and high-throughput methodology. The high-throughput cell counter has demonstrated high instrument-to-instrument precision for 32 Cellaca MX in a time frame of 1 year, showing a CV of 3.6%.
