User Manual: Cellometer Mini
The compact size of the Mini is designed to fit in even the smallest lab space and Cellometer Mini software can be loaded on most computers. With an Operating Computer connected to the instrument via USB cable, the Mini offers a GUI (using touch screen functionality if a touch-screen device is enabled) that ensures simple operation and user-friendly visualization of cell morphology and counted cells. Assays allow users to customize counting parameters for specific cell types and a Cell-size Analysis tool generates histograms enabling optimization of cell diameter settings (e.g., to exclude debris or very large cells) during analysis of count results.
