Nexcelom3D Ultra-low Attachment Round Bottom Multi-well Plates
Nexcelom3D ultra-low adhesion round-bottom plates in 96-well and 384-well formats are specifically designed for working with 3D tumor spheroids. These clear wall, clear bottom plates were validated with U87 MG cells and tracked using a bright-field imaging technique on the Celigo Image Cytometer.
These plates are ideal for single spheroid drug screening assays and can also be used to investigate spheroid invasion with the addition of Matrigel.
