Webinar: Advanced In-vitro Cancer Models to Study Tumor Microenvironment
During this webinar we will highlight a variety of assays to study the tumor microenvironment and review:
- Key components of the tumor microenvironment
- Current in vitro models used to study cell to cell interaction
- Tumor migration and invasion
We will introduce image cytometry and how it has enabled development and rapid analysis of more advanced in-vitro models, such as direct co-cultures and 3D models like multi-cellular tumor spheroids and patient-derived organoids.
Speaker: Olivier Déry, PhD
Olivier received his PhD from Université Paris-Sud in France where he developed antibodies with pharmacological activities. He went on to do a postdoc at UCSF in San Francisco where he studied GPCRs. Olivier spent the next 10 years developing assays for various bioscience companies. For the past 10 years, he has been involved in the development and commercialization of the Celigo Image Cytometer.
