Video Workflow-at-a-Glance: Seahorse™ Normalization Assay

Last week we presented an in-depth look at Normalizing Seahorse™ XF Data with Label-Free Cell Counting. Today, we are taking a step back to give you an at-a-glance look at the Seahorse™ normalization assay workflow.

This short video describes the assay principle and illustrates the workflow from cell seeding to normalized data. Celigo is used to directly count adherent or suspension cells in a Seahorse™ XF plate for normalizing cell metabolic data. Celigo’s concurrent imaging and analysis takes less than 5 minutes.

His research involves in the development of instrument and applications for the Celigo and Cellometer image cytometry system for detection and analysis of cells for oncology and immunology research.
