During this webinar, Dr. Thomas shares his research in cancer biology related to DNA damage in the onset of solid tumors. This research employed a genetic strategy to generate an aneuploidy model and to study the consequences of losing whole chromosomes on tumorigenesis in mammalian cells.
Dr. Thomas also discusses how to perform these ‘day-to-day’ experiments using image cytometry to better streamline your workflow and obtain publication quality images/results while saving a ton of time!
