Primary cell samples such as PBMCs, bone marrow and cord blood, can often be difficult to count with traditional methods of manual counting with Trypan Blue staining. Tim examines these challenges and presents an alternative with fluorescent counting using the Cellometer Auto 2000 and AO/PI viability staining. He reviews the instrument’s capability and shares how one of our current users has incorporated the instrument into their workflow.
