High-Throughput Nexcelom Counting Plates
Nexcelom offers the Cellaca MX High-throughput Automated Cell Counter and the Celigo Image Cytometer which both use high-throughput counting plates in 12×2-well and 3×8-well formats. These disposable, plate-based cell counting chambers are designed for the Cellaca and Celigo instruments.
- Count up to 24 samples in 48 seconds using trypan blue (Cellaca only)
- Count up to 24 samples in under 3 minutes with fluorescence
- Perform cell-based assays such as apoptosis, mitochondrial membrane potential, protein expression (including GFP and RFP), and reactive oxygen species (ROS) (Cellaca only)
- Low plate-to-plate variability
