What is the difference between the PD100 slides and SD100 slides?
The PD100 slides are 100% inspected and are covered by warranty for 48 months from the date of manufacture. The PD100 slides are individually slotted in a microscope slide box. The PD100 slides are ready to use right out of the microscope slide box. The SD100 slides are covered by warranty for 12 months from the date of manufacture. A percentage of the SD100 slides are inspected for quality. The SD100 slides are packaged in a cardboard box and there is a protective film on both sides of the slide that must be removed before use that protects against scratching.
