The volume to load for the PD300 slides is 55 uL. Yes, you will need to indicate this change in the assay parameters. It is important to do this so the concentration can be calculated properly by the software. Simply select the “Edit Assay” pencil on the lefthand side of the screen (or the “Edit Assay” button at the top of the Auto1000/2000 screen), turn “on” the option for “Special Cells,” and select the type of slide you are using.
