Description: This protocol describes the quantification of p53 and p53 phosphorylation in NCI-H460
cells treated either with Hydroxyurea. The assay uses CellTracker Blue to identify all the cells in the wells and a dual fluorescent antibody staining for p53 and its phosphorylated form. The application reports the well average integrated intensity for every cells and the data is used to generate dose response curves for p53 upregulation and phosphorylation upon drug treatment.
